Announcing: Oregon REIA

It’s the beginning of a beautiful relationship for real estate investors!

I have just launched the first meeting of my newest venture, the Oregon Real Estate Investors Association, covering  Eugene, Springfield, (Lane County), Lebanon, Albany, Corvallis, and Roseburg; etc.

This website is up and almost ready to serve you, my real estate investor friend. The important parts are ready, the parts that serve you.  What can we do for you? (I can only guess that’s what you’re asking.) We can get together and share news, learn together, build a strong network of real estate professionals in the area, tradesmen, bankers and more.

Take a look at the website for clues of what we do in the organization, join us at meetings, and feel free to communicate by giving us a call, text or email.

For members of the new Oregon Real Estate Investors Association, you will have your own website to list your properties for sale. These properties will get indexed with Zillow. (Yes!) And they will go on the Mid-Oregon REIA website for the real estate investors to eye-ball and engage in.  And your property will go on the national Real Estate Pro’s website.  Why is this a good thing?  Well, it’s a really good thing if you’re a wholesaler.  Forget about needing a buyer’s list. Just put the property up on the website and you’ll have it sold “pronto”.  That’s how it worked for me.  Plus, you can buy and sell properties all over the United States within this offering.
